Young Leah grew up with curly, unruly hair. I wanted a change and constantly craved something new. I changed my hair and tried make-up constantly.
I never felt like I could learn enough or find the right person who understood how I wanted to look. I ended up learning myself how to work with my type of hair and through all of my struggle found my passion to work on others. I would do my friends make-up and seeing their smiles afterwards made me feel like I changed their outlook. I could help those who just needed some instructions.
It was then that I figured out I love change and the desire to help others achieve what makes them glow from the inside out whether that be hair, make-up, fashion, home, and all around the design world.

I wanted to start my own business when I saw what failed behind the chair. I saw gaps in the services and the walls that were built to keep us in. I wanted to achieve and provide more. I wanted to work within all aspects of “personal style” and boom.
I had watched others leave the salon world and start their own and so I thought “why not try and fail rather than never try at all” I started my business at a young age with 3.5 years of experience but so much heart and dedication than measurable.
I worked 6 days a week 12 hour days to build my business and throughout those years I failed many times. I learned what I could do and how the business world was extremely different than doing the work. I physically and mentally pushed through the tough days but gained the knowledge throughout the journey that has brought me to having a full clientele, a thriving and growing business.
I want to expand and learning new skills and invest in the business itself to bring even more to the table to share.
